Repair costs from alternate vendors will not be reimbursed; the item must be returned back to gamermompcs for repair or replacement. Most likely, any fixes or "tweaks" can be done over the phone or chat, by downloading appropriate software, drivers and/or firmware. It is HIGHLY unlikely to have more than one component in need of servicing or replacement; repairs to your baby are typically more of an inconvenience than an apocalypse, so take heart, intrepid adventurers! If customer is located within the service area, or is able to drop off their PC within service area, a loaner computer may be issued upon retrieval of purchased system for repair. In many cases, the manufacturer (e.g. ASUS, Gigabyte, ASRock, MSI, Redragon, AMD, or Intel) can diagnose and resolve concerns over the phone or via online chat. If an extended protection plan is included with your system, please refer to included documentation to submit a claim.
